Environment Agency: Sanctioning Environmental Crime (WG4) – Second-stage interim report
This recent EU-funded project comprised four working groups with the aim of improving compliance with EU environmental law.
This working group paper on sanctioning environmental crime focused on tools and strategies for remedial action at the pre-trial and trial stages, and had been drafted by a number of non-native English speakers.
I copy-edited the reporting to make the text as accessible as possible, modifying the language to read more naturally while safeguarding the intended meaning, particularly legal terms. Including translation from French to English.
