OIES: A critical assessment of learning curves for solar and wind power technologies

This report critiques the application of the learning curve concept to analyse the technological progress of renewable resources. It was written by authors for whom English is a second language, so I copy-edited it to improve its coherence, particularly focusing on verb-noun agreement, sentence length and vocabulary. The edits make a report on a complex topic clearer and simpler to follow.
