UNEP: Responsible Food Purchasing – Four steps towards sustainability for the hospitality sector

I contributed to and edited this report for the UN Environment Programme. The guidance helps food purchasers gain a better understanding of the importance of responsible food purchasing to their business, providing practical advice and guidance to enable them to make better decisions and choices.

I took an existing draft document, restructured it to improve sense and flow, and wrote copy to add to the range of case studies that make the guidance practical and useful.
